It all begins with breath. Eddie will guide you into a revitalizing and liberating practice that opens and clears your mind and awakens your inner spark before the night unfolds. As the clock finds midnight, we'll gather together in a sacred pause. A moment to honor what was, release what's ready to go, and welcome what's coming with open hearts.
